Responsibilities
- Support and manage energy and infrastructure development matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate project-related agreements and transactional documents
- Advises clients on regulatory, environmental, and project development issues
- Works closely with clients, developers, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles
- Affords assistance with due diligence, permitting, and compliance matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate
- Minimum of 3 years of energy project development experience required
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience working on renewable energy, infrastructure, or environmental matters preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
