Energy/Utilities Attorney
About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Energy/Utilities Practice Group. The ideal candidate will provide full-time support to various areas within the Energy/Utilities group, including the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB), Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), and additional oil and gas work as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support matters before the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) and Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
- Handle oil and gas legal work as required.
- Work independently and collaboratively on a variety of assignments with multiple attorneys.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in energy and regulatory law.
- Licensure in Ohio.
- Excellent academic credentials and high ethical standards.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $145,000–$165,000. The actual salary will be determined based on background, experience, and education, consistent with applicable law.
