Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
• Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans
• Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
• Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
• Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences
• Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
• Develop site improvement plans
• Create and customize slide masters for consistent branding and layout across all slides in MS PowerPoint
• Use MS Word to create high-quality documentation following proper styles, cross-referencing, and professional layout standards
• Demonstrate familiarity with formulas and graphical data representation/interpretation in Excel

Requirements

You must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel. Qualified applicants must meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Compensation Range: $85,000 - $95,000 (USD)

• Compensation Range: $77,300.00 - $110,500.00 (USD)
