We help families lower their energy bills and live more comfortably by making their homes more energy efficient through weatherization programs. We're now looking for an Energy Auditor in Training to join our team and grow into a certified Building Performance professional. No experience? No problem. We'll train you from the ground up. The right candidate will have some experience in construction, sales or environmental sciences. You'll learn how to assess homes for energy waste, perform diagnostic testing, and recommend cost-effective improvements that make a real difference for our neighbors. You'll work alongside experienced, BPI-certified auditors and crew chiefs who will mentor you every step of the way. What You'll Learn & Do: Shadow experienced auditors during home energy assessmentsLearn to use diagnostic equipment: blower doors, infrared cameras, combustion analyzers, and moreIdentify air leaks, insulation gaps, and heating/cooling inefficienciesPerform basic energy calculations and write clear, accurate reportsCommunicate with homeowners in a friendly, respectful wayHelp with scheduling, homeowner education, paperwork, and quality control as you gain experience Qualifications: No prior auditing experience required – just a willingness to learnMust pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, driving record check, and background checkBilingual (Spanish) a plusValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas; climb ladders; lift up to 50 lbs What You Get: A Monday- Friday schedule with no holidays or on-callsFree training Custom in-house curriculum and hands-on field trainingAn opportunity to earn your BPI Building Analyst certificationOpportunity for Advancement and Income growthPaid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, Simple IRA with company matchCompany vehicle, overtime, and a fantastic company atmosphere True Management LLC is a small, community-focused business with two locations in Northampton County.
