Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here! Work with Endoscopy Center personnel in providing quality patient care and servicesWork as a team, providing assistance, and sharing responsibilitiesAct as a preceptor and ongoing mentor for Endo TechsOrder and maintain supply and equipment inventoryPerforms duties related to the cleaning, re-processing, and maintaining endoscopes and accessoriesAssists the physician during procedure Interview and hire Endoscopy Technicians, trains, and mentors new staff Assist with staff schedules, approving leave time and timecards Complete annual evaluations of the technician staff, identify opportunities for recognition and continuing educationLeave in the evening – hooray for working standard clinic hours!
