Endoscopy Nurse -Per Diem Faulkner

About the role

As an Endoscopy Nurse, you will coordinate and provide all aspects of nursing care related to care before, during, and after procedures, and collaborate with all disciplines to achieve defined patient outcomes. This role includes caring for patients in the procedure rooms and providing IV conscious sedation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Care for patients in the procedure rooms

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• BLS and ACLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Previous gastroenterology nursing experience preferred
• Previous procedural/ambulatory nursing experience preferred

Qualifications

• Previous gastroenterology nursing experience strongly preferred
• Previous procedural/ambulatory nursing experience strongly preferred
• Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
• Show evidence of observational skills and the ability to set priorities
• Show evidence of adhering to all I.C.A.R.E. standards

Schedule

Per Diem, pick up shifts as needed. No holidays or weekends.
