About the role
As a Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy Team at Winchester Hospital—a 5x Magnet designated, top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital and leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area—you will deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal health care strategy plans for each patient.
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program (BSN strongly encouraged).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.
- Influenza vaccination required as a condition of employment.

Pay
Base hourly wage range: $36.00 – $90.14. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, and other applicable pay practices.
Schedule
