About the Role

Gentle Dental is searching for a Full time or Part time Endodontist at our Surprise and Avondale, Arizona practices. $25,000 sign on bonus. Company is able to provide H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship for this position.

Position Details

• Flexible part-time for the right candidate
• Direct referrals from several General Dentists
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office

Compensation

• Percentage of production
• $25,000 signing bonus

Schedule

Flexible and varies on availability for the right candidate. Supporting 2 offices in Surprise and Avondale area.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Endodontic Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
