We have a unique opportunity wherein our Partners and Associates collaborate with you daily for your overall clinical support and success. We advocate for mentorship and cross service opportunities with our in-office Periodontist, Orthodontist and Pedodontist. Our Practice philosophy is serving patients' families all under one roof, which is exciting for all Providers.

Compensation

$175,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

• Competitive Compensation: To start we pay a generous hourly rate. Each pay cycle we will review with you your hourly production averages, and when economically beneficial, we move you to a % of collections. The more you produce, the more you potentially earn. This will be discussed further during your interview process (note, our Practice collection average is over 103%).
