Endocrinologist

About the role

Boston Medical Center – Brighton, a member of the BMC Health System, is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care at the BMC Brighton practice
• Provide inpatient endocrine consult coverage at BMC Brighton
• Collaborate with referring providers, on-site pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for endocrine disorders
• Familiarity with emerging diabetes technologies and their utilities is highly valued
• Participate in teaching and supervision of medical students, internal medicine residents, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical operations, and program development initiatives within the endocrine section

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
• New graduates with strong outpatient interest are encouraged to apply

Pay

Compensation range: $207,000 - $249,999

Schedule

The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice.
