Position Highlights

• Sign-On Bonus: $1K With 1 yr GI Tech exp

What You Will Do

Aid under the direction of the RN in implementing the established plan of care.

Support the physician and RN during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Respond to emergency situations.

Set up, maintain supplies and equipment, process and reprocess endoscopes, and perform other duties as assigned.

Meet on-call criteria as defined by the department.

The employee is expected to float to other GI Lab locations.

What You Will Need

• Education: Experience as a Patient Care Tech, Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant highly preferred
• Certification: CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience: Basic knowledge of physiology, anatomy & medical terminology required
• Basic computer experience
• Ability to take vitals and perform CPR

Full Time Hours: 6:30am to 5:30pm M-F - Occasional Sat rotation - On Call Rotation (including nights/wkends)
