Enchanted Village - Guest Services Rep

About the role

Seasonal Guest Service Representative position for the Enchanted Village at Jordan's Furniture in Avon, MA. This temporary role offers part-time and full-time schedules, perfect for earning extra holiday income while being part of a fun team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and ushering them to and from the Enchanted Village
• Assisting guests at MOM, LITE laser show, SKATE, and other attractions including The Tube
• Concessions – handling cash transactions
• Assisting in the upkeep of the Enchanted Village, ensuring Jordan's high standards of presentation are met
• Performing all functions of the Guest Services position

Requirements

• Must be 16 or older
• Must be able to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 consecutive hours
• Must be available to start end of October

Qualifications

• Positive, upbeat demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Some experience dealing with the public and/or cash handling preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $16.75
• Variety of shifts available including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends

Hiring Events: Monday, September 28th 5pm–7pm and Thursday, October 1st 4pm–6pm at Jordan's Furniture, 100 Stockwell Drive, Avon, MA. Onsite offers will be made at the hiring events. Please bring employment verification documents (Form I-9 acceptable documents).
