About the role
We're seeking an Encapsulation Operator to join our team. This role involves managing the encapsulation process to ensure product quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage encapsulation operations to meet quality standards
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar operational role
- Strong understanding of encapsulation techniques and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using relevant machinery and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, chemistry)
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Technical knowledge of encapsulation processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
