Job Summary
Shift
SHIFT: 2pm – 10:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay
Starting at $23.00 per hour + $2.00 per hour for Night Shift
Benefits

- Evaluate efficient production capability of all encapsulation operators
- Evaluate the need for maintenance assistance and prioritize maintenance requests
- Manage crewing of encapsulation operators
- Facilitate training for staff
- Visually and manually inspect capsules to ensure quality standards
- Assist and support the Supervisor with detail planning, coordination, and control of all encapsulation processes
- Review batch records and associated documentation for completeness, legibility, and correctness
- Supports and energizes production team to achieve goals and objectives
- Accurately document any out of specification conditions per established procedures
- Accurately track work orders internally during the production process
- Maintain logs for accuracy, completeness, and legibility
- Monitor and communicate any changes to production orders
- Report and monitor any unsafe conditions
- Punctual and Consistent Attendance
- Support and assist in facilitating all needed shift training
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bosch operations experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and math
- Pass a drug screen and a background check in accordance with HWP standards

- Familiar with cGMP requirements for Dietary Supplement Manufacturing
