Enablement & Operations Analyst
About the role
The Human Resources Consulting Group (HRCG) supports people leaders and associates across the business in need of HR expertise. While managing projects and processes with limited oversight, this position will play a key role in advancing HRCG's Enablement strategy and operational excellence priorities. This role will leverage system tools, platforms, metrics, and workforce insights to identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve consistency, and support data-informed decision making. This role will help ensure HRCG team members are equipped with the resources, tools, and guidance needed to effectively execute the client-partnership model and deliver a consistent experience across the organization. Responsibilities
- Support or contribute to enablement, operational excellence, or HR transformation initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight including project management.
- Employ advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, data visualization, and ad hoc reporting to support data-informed decision making.
- Utilize HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and reporting tools to build and analyze HR metrics and dashboards.
