Role Summary
The role focuses on managing all call center communications and engagement initiatives to ensure clarity, consistency, and motivation across teams and vendors. Responsibilities include crafting newsletters and announcements, coordinating recognition programs, managing promotion calendars, and supporting adoption of new processes.
Key Responsibilities
Communications and change management: Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, and updates to maintain consistent messaging across teams and vendors. Create clear, concise communications to support adoption of new processes, promotions, and operational changes.
Sales enablement support: Collaborate with training teams to develop call scripts, talk tracks, and promotional messaging. Maintain and update promotion change calendars to ensure timely execution.
Engagement & recognition: Organize call center engagement events, contests, and recognition programs. Coordinate event logistics and publish daily contest standings to encourage healthy competition and team spirit.
Operational support: Maintain operational records and assist with audits. Design branded PowerPoint decks for leadership meetings, all-hands sessions, and project updates.
What We Are Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
1+ year(s) Experience in call center operations, communications, or employee engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); advanced design skills a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
