Responsibilities
- Own onboarding programs and early enablement content for new customers
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and communicate updates
- Build and deliver training content and educational resources
- Work with customers to maximize platform value
- Advises on EHR study design and analytical best practices
- Develop adoption and customer usage reporting
- Partner with various teams to improve customer experience
Qualifications
- 4+ years working with EHR, claims, or related healthcare data
- 3+ years in customer enablement or analytics roles
- Strong SQL and proficiency in Python/R
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience supporting healthcare research or analytics initiatives
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven track record of independently driving programs and solutions
