EMT, Paramedic, or LPN (Clinic Manager)
About the Role
Medcor is looking to hire a part-time Clinic Manager (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) for our employer-based, occupational health clinic in Nampa, ID. This hands-on manager position includes patient care, ongoing workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program support, treatment plan monitoring, and OSHA record keeping. You will work collaboratively with key client stakeholders, including health, safety, environmental, HR, and benefits professionals, as well as with medical and operational leadership at Medcor.
Schedule
Day shift, 24 hours per week (three 8-hour days).
Pay
$32.00–$34.00/hour based on licensure and experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations
- Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
- Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (Medcor Care Protocols - MCPs)
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
- Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety, and environmental practices
- Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues
- Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools
- Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings
- Perform Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
- Case management and OSHA record-keeping
- General administrative duties
- Work closely with outside medical providers
Requirements
- Valid licensure for the position (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) and current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to operationally lead and support a clinic team
- Strong computer and technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc.) and familiarity with EMR software
- Physical ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment
- Relevant occupational health experience
- Experience in emergency medicine or critical care
