EMT Intermediate
Responsibilities
- Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services.
- Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with patients, other healthcare professionals, and public safety personnel.
- Use appropriate medical equipment and follow cleaning procedures.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- State EMT Intermediate certification.
- CPR/BLS certifications.
- Pass a physical agility test.
Qualifications
Must have a valid state driver's license and a driving record compliant with company policy.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures.
- Confidentiality and patient rights awareness.

Immediate hire opportunity with competitive salary range ($36,495 - $50,516 base salary), sign-on bonus for full-time new hires, and bi-weekly retention bonuses.
