EMT - Fulltime

About the role

The EMT’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to calls, and providing care to patients in transit to medical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Responding to calls and providing care to patients in transit to medical facilities.
• Deliver outstanding patient care with a calm, professional approach.
• Provide top-notch customer service to patients, partners, and teammates.
• Drive and operate emergency vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Thrive under pressure - both independently and as part of a team.
• Keep accurate records and protect patient privacy (HIPAA compliant).
• Show up on time, stay professional, and take pride in clean vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• A state EMT License.
• A state Driver’s License.
• BLS certification.
• NREMT certification.
• A driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Pass a physical agility test.

Qualifications

• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.
