About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, you will be part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care
• Provide excellent care for patients and customer service to patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals
• Treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
• Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes

Pay

$78–$90k plus sign-on bonus
