EMS Training Instructor (EMT, Paramedic)

Location: 1319 East Main St, Meriden (10568). Some evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the organization in the design and delivery of education programs for the Company.
• Provides education and training for classes run through the training center.
• Delivers initial EMT training and EMS refresher training.
• Delivers AHA CPR, ACLS, and PALS classes.
• Designs and delivers various loss control and employee training programs.
• Coordinates and delivers public education programs.
• Maintains training equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of related EMS systems experience.
• 1 year of professional educator experience.
• Current State of CT EMT or Paramedic license in good standing.
• State of CT Driver's license.
