About the role

The EMR Analyst I position is responsible for supporting the Epic Patient Access system. This includes assisting with system maintenance, training staff, and ensuring patient access to healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Patient Access system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Provide training and support to staff on Epic Patient Access features
• Ensure timely resolution of patient access issues
• Contribute to system improvements based on user feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Epic Patient Access or similar EMR systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
