Axis Porto Club Hotel is part of a rapidly expanding hotel group with 7 properties in northern Portugal, built on a strong family and business culture. We are market leaders seeking a front-desk professional to join our team.

Requirements

• Training and/or professional experience in front-desk/reception
• Previous experience in similar roles (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Team-player mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HOST property-management software (preferred)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Fluency in English and French
• Ability to work in Porto
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Manage room reservations
• Handle telephone inquiries
• Process billing
• Provide local tourism information and directions
• Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments
• Build guest loyalty through proactive, professional service that anticipates and exceeds expectations
• Promote and sell hotel services
