About the role

Hyatt House is a residential-style extended-stay hotel designed to give every traveler the feel of a modern condominium. Our properties, with 125 to 200 suite-style rooms, offer full residential amenities including fully equipped kitchens, flat-screen HDTVs, and high-speed Internet. Public spaces feature a pool, fitness center, and business center. Guests enjoy a full breakfast each morning and a social evening on weekdays. Hyatt House properties are located in urban, airport, and suburban areas, ideal for small corporate meetings and corporate clients placing employees on extended assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair guest suites, meeting spaces, and customer-facing areas
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on guest suites and public areas
• Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment

Requirements

• Minimum one year of building maintenance experience
• Preferred hotel industry experience
• Strong customer service skills
