Employment Supervisor

Ohel's Employment Program is seeking an experienced and compassionate Employment Supervisor to lead a dedicated team supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful, competitive employment and greater independence. As a key member of the program's leadership team, you'll work closely with staff, families, care managers, employers, and community partners to strengthen employment opportunities, maintain service excellence, and drive positive outcomes. Responsibilities Provide ongoing supervision and support to a team of Job Coaches and Job DevelopersCoordinate staff schedules and provide operational leadership to ensure seamless service deliveryEnsure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with OPWDD and program standardsMonitor documentation, billing, productivity, and service utilizationSupport program participants in achieving meaningful employment goals through effective vocational planningParticipate in Life Plan and interdisciplinary meetings to advocate for employment outcomesBuild strong partnerships with families, residences, employers, care managers, and community organizationsIdentify opportunities to improve operations, solve challenges proactively, and enhance program effectivenessAssist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development Qualifications Bachelors degree preferredSupervisory experience preferredExperience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, employment, or vocational services, OPWDD programs, or related human services strongly preferredExcellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systemsValid NY or NJ driver's license preferred At Ohel, employment is more than finding someone a job, it's about helping people build confidence, independence, purpose, and community. Salary: $53,000 - $58,000
