Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with individuals and employers to explore, secure, and maintain employment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in a changing environment.
- Use excellent decision-making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support individuals with disabilities.
- Transport and complete agency business as required.
Requirements
- HS diploma/GED with Human Services experience required; Associate’s in a relevant field and one year of related experience preferred.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity.
- Must be reachable by phone and have a vehicle for agency business.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License required per agency regulations.
- Evidence of understanding and empathy for individuals with disabilities.
