Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with individuals and employers to explore, secure, and maintain employment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in a changing environment.
• Use excellent decision-making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support individuals with disabilities.
• Transport and complete agency business as required.

Requirements

• HS diploma/GED with Human Services experience required; Associate’s in a relevant field and one year of related experience preferred.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity.
• Must be reachable by phone and have a vehicle for agency business.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required per agency regulations.
• Evidence of understanding and empathy for individuals with disabilities.
