EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST-PACT

Job Duties

• Facilitate/build relationships with local industries and businesses in order to secure/support gainful employment for participants of PACT/Navigate.
• Assist participants in completing professional resume's and employment applications.
• Train participants in general professionalism and reasonable expectations of employers.
• Assist participants in developing/enhancing interviewing skills and in securing job interviews.
• Train participants in job skills tailored to the demands of the specific positions for which they are applying or hired.
• Train participants' in required job skills and professional conduct as needed to support/ensure ongoing employment and advancement.
• Aid in conducting comprehensive assessment, developing, writing, evaluating treatment goals and plan as needed to assist other members of the team.
• Act as liaison between team, individual receiving services, families, and community agencies to maintain coordination of services.
• On call to provide crisis intervention, and after hours emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in mental health or related field
• Appropriate Licenses or Certification to work in designated field
• Valid Drivers License
