Employment Specialist (Job Coaching) - Eau Claire

Work Location

Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls and fill in at times in Dunn County

Hours

10-20 hrs. a week, Full availability, to include weekends, evenings if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide job-skill training/coaching to help consumers acquire and maintain independent employment
• Implement consumer’s individual employment plan
• Monitor employment progress by completing assessment activities that determine skill level, and identify existing or new barriers
• Complete daily/monthly reports and documentation based on observations of work performance, goal progress, job coaching hours, and any additional supportive information
• Attend scheduled meetings/trainings and communicate professionally
• Protect consumer confidentiality
• Comply with all ARA and employment site safety standards
• Aid in personal care/medical needs as directed by supervisor
• Identify and report work hazards
• Other duties as assigned
