About the role
The role involves providing employment support to individuals with disabilities, including job coaching, resume building, and interview preparation.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one job coaching to help clients achieve employment goals.
- Assist clients in creating and updating resumes.
- Prepare clients for job interviews and assist in securing employment opportunities.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of disability rights laws and regulations.
- Experience with vocational rehabilitation services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
