Employment Specialist (Job Coach) -Full Time

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to the people we support, including job development, job coaching, and case management.
• Maintain accurate records and complete other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Minimum of six (6) months of related experience and/or training working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or older adults.
• Legal residence and ability to perform work in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania.
