Employment Specialist FULL - TIME

We are seeking a full‑time Employment Specialist (Job Coach) to help individuals identify career goals, find competitive employment, and succeed in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in identifying career interests and strengths.
• Assist with job search, placement, and onboarding.
• Teach job tasks and workplace skills.
• Provide on‑site job coaching and support.
• Build relationships with employers.
• Gradually fade supports as independence increases.

Pay

Hourly wage: $18.50 – $20.00, based on experience.

Bonus potential up to $16,000 annually.

Schedule

35 hours per week, with a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.
