Employment Program Manager

About the role

The Employment Program Manager (EPM) is part of a co-management & leadership team found throughout the organization's 43 Employment Program Centers. The EPM is tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals, supervising up to 12 staff members, and aligning with the organization's values and ethics while creating a safe and service-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work weekends as needed

Requirements

• A minimum of one year supervisory experience
• A valid NCDL

Qualifications

Experience in a retail and/or production environment is a plus.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

$52,000 per year

Exempt position requiring weekend work
