Employment Program Manager

About the role

Located at 136 S. Bickett Blvd, Louisburg, NC 27549, the Employment Program Manager (EPM) is part of a co‑management & leadership team found throughout Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina’s 43 Employment Program Centers. The role aligns with the organization's values and ethics, embraces a robust safety culture, and focuses on providing excellent service to donors. The position is exempt and often requires weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and production goals.
• Supervise up to 12 staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• A valid North Carolina Driver’s License (NCDL) is required.
• Experience in a retail and/or production environment is a plus.
