Responsibilities
- Meet budgeted sales and production goals.
- Supervise up to 12 staff members.
- Align with the organization's values and ethics.
- Embrace a robust safety culture.
- Provide excellent service to donors.
- Exempt position; may require weekend work.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
- Experience in a retail and/or production environment (a plus).
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License (NCDL).
