Employment Program Manager

About the role

The retail division of Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina, Inc. (GIENC) generates the revenue necessary to support the organization's mission. The Employment Program Manager (EPM) is part of a co-management & leadership team across the organization's 43 Employment Program Centers. EPMs are tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals and may supervise up to 12 staff members. Alignment with the organization's values and ethics, a commitment to a robust safety culture, and a desire to provide excellent service to donors are essential to creating a successful environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience (retail and/or production environment a plus)
• Valid North Carolina driver's license (NCDL)

$52,000 per year
