Responsibilities
- Manage candidate relationships
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments
- Prepare and present candidates to hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates after interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience working with professional recruitment agencies
- Knowledge of blind recruitment processes
- Understanding of legal compliance in recruitment
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage time effectively
