As an Employment Law Partner, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-tier legal counsel in litigation, employment, intellectual property, family law, trusts and estates, corporate transactions, real estate, privacy, and data security.
Responsibilities
- Defend clients against FEHA, Title VII, and related common law claims
- Handle trade secret and unfair competition actions
- Defend wage and hour claims in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, CRD, and DLSE
- Represent clients in defending class and PAGA action cases
- Bring at least a partial book of portable business
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment law litigation
- Experience representing clients in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, CRD, and DLSE
- Bring at least a partial book of portable business

$265,000 - $350,000 per year
