Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed intake interviews for wage and hour matters including unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, overtime misclassification, and wrongful termination.
- Evaluate case viability by identifying employer size, pay structure, time records, and potential class or PAGA exposure.
- Gather supporting documentation including pay stubs, schedules, employment agreements, and termination records.
- Identify red flags and escalate matters for attorney review.
- Explain contingency structures and litigation timelines specific to employment law.
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients using strong consultative sales techniques.
- Coincide seamlessly with employment attorneys and case teams for smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of employment law intake experience, specifically wage and hour matters (required).
- Strong understanding of California wage and hour laws, including overtime, meal and rest period violations, and employee classification issues.
- Proven experience evaluating both individual and potential class or representative claims.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).

Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 + Commission
