Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Employment Attorneys in its Austin and San Antonio locations. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience, though all experienced attorneys are welcome to apply.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is energized by employment litigation and passionate about achieving results for clients. The position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful work and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative practice group. Opportunities include forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation cases with minimal supervision
- Draft motions and conduct discovery (experience preferred but not required)
- Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in client interactions
- Perform legal research and writing
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Texas
- 5-7 years of experience in employment litigation (all experienced attorneys welcome to apply)
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in legal research and persuasive speaking
- Self-starter with excellent litigation and writing skills
- Driven team player with a collaborative mindset
