Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has an immediate opening in our Seattle office for an Employment Attorney with at least three years’ experience and welcomes applications from all experience levels.
About the role
Candidates must be motivated team players with strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills. A solid academic background and demonstrated research abilities are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage assignments independently with minimal supervision. Experience with class actions is required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Washington. Oregon license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate employment-related cases, including class actions
- Write and present legal arguments in court and during hearings
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide strategic advice and support
- Handle client interactions and attend depositions and trials
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in the State of Washington
- Experience with employment law and class actions
- Strong academic background and research abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
- Self-starter with a proven ability to manage projects

Pay
Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
Schedule
