Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Employment Attorneys in its Las Vegas office. The firm welcomes all experienced attorneys to apply. The ideal candidate must be a team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Nevada.

Responsibilities
- Handle litigation cases
- Write legal documents and briefs
- Persuasively present arguments in court
- Conduct research and analysis
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Nevada
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong academic background
- Proven skills in research
- Self-starter with minimal supervision needed
Qualifications
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
- Experience in trial proceedings preferred but not required

Pay
The pay range for this role is: $120,000-$225,000. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
