The Role

• Act as strategic outside employment counsel, serving as the primary legal advisor to corporate clients and providing day‑to‑day and strategic guidance across the full spectrum of employment law.
• Lead contentious and pre‑contentious matters, advising on and managing employment disputes from early risk assessment through resolution.
• Deliver proactive risk management and compliance advice, partnering with clients to anticipate and mitigate legal risk by advising on policies, procedures, and regulatory developments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key employment documents, including employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies, and tribunal documentation.

Pay

Up to $240,000 base salary plus performance‑related bonus.

Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement based in New York.
