Employer Relations Coordinator - Job Locator and Development Program
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: Job description (overview), Essential Duties and Responsibilities (with percentages), Minimum Requirements (education/experience), Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities, Preferred Education And Experience, Compensation & Benefits (salary range, benefits mention), Standard work hours (Schedule). Also location, etc. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like immigration info, EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraphs describing the role, mission, etc. Could be under "About the role". The posting includes a description after job title: "Tarleton State University, a distinguished Doctoral National Comprehensive University, invites applications for the position of Employer Relations Coordinator in the Department of Texan Career & Professional Success. As part of a vibrant academic community...". That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section with percentages and bullet points. We'll need to convert to - . Might need to preserve the percentages? The content includes percentages and bullet points. We can keep them as part of list items.
- Requirements: Minimum Requirements (Bachelor's degree, three years experience). Could be under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe Preferred Education And Experience could be under Qualifications or separate. But we have headings list: Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map.
- Skills: Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities.
- Benefits: Benefits package mention.
- Pay: Salary range.
- Schedule: Standard work hours.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. But we have actual salary range, so Pay section is okay.
We must not include sections with no real content. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content.
We'll produce something like:
About the role
... (the introductory paragraphs)
Responsibilities
- 20% Campus Liaison: Maintain a strong working knowledge ...
... etc.
etc.
But we need to preserve the percentages and bullet points. Could embed them as list items.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. We'll extract the responsibilities text.
