About the role

As an Employee Relationship Manager within PNC's Financial Wellness Organization, you will be based in San Francisco, CA. This role is designed to help improve employee financial wellbeing, strengthen financial awareness, and increase convenience through digital banking and money management tools. You will work in an outbound sales capacity, facilitating in-person new hire orientations, delivering financial education seminars, and multi-faceted benefits programs to employees within our clients’ organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial wellness solutions and programs to the workforce of commercial and corporate banking clients and prospects.
  • Acquire and deepen relationships across all applicable financial wellness solutions.
  • Achieve business results through leadership and collaboration with a wide range of partners.
  • Drive consumer acquisition through proactive lead generation, appointments, and referral generation.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and ongoing servicing support.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by leveraging tools and resources to maximize business results.
  • Work across a broad range of partners to identify and introduce the best resources to meet customer needs.
  • Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow-up.
  • Differentiate the customer experience through advanced conversation and presentation skills, creating exceptional experiences at external events.
  • Deliver customer wellbeing through tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, solving problems courteously and with urgency.
  • Act as an advocate for clients and prospects, identifying trends and unique workforce needs.
  • Influence annual marketing and communication plans based on workforce knowledge and client needs, including support materials, media, and content.
  • Leverage tools such as participant surveys, utilization reports, and other data to customize plans.
  • Keep your team informed of services via Edge reports and attend relationship review meetings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners to update materials as needed.

Typically requires a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay

Base Salary: $63,000.00 – $105,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
