At a Glance The Employee Relations (ER) Specialist is responsible for people investigations, supporting leaders in the field and office with performance issues through coaching and disciplinary actions, maintaining employee listening strategies, ensuring and maintaining compliance with employment law, and supporting the business with consistent application and perspective on policies. Specialist regularly employs positive employee relations strategies to enhance company climate and culture.
