Primary Duties
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional, welcoming environment.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Aid in investigations into employee concerns and document findings.
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Cook up onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance reporting.
- Help develop and deliver training on workplace conduct and HR topics.
- Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred: Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR or employee relations.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
