The Compliance Coordinator position in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an individual to oversee compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance programs and audits
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance protocols accordingly
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance or related field
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay

Schedule

The Compliance Coordinator works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
