Consumers Energy · Jackson, MI · 3 wk ago
Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Consumers Energy is Michigan’s largest energy provider..." That's about the company, maybe "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes: - Intro about Consumers Energy (company description) - Immigration sponsorship note (not eligible) – maybe minor metadata? Could be folded into a short

. - Location: hybrid, required onsite days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Preferred location One Energy Plaza headquarters in Jackson, MI or other service centers considered dependent on location. Must be within commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package available for those that qualify). This is schedule/location info. Could be a "Schedule" section? It includes onsite days. Could be "Schedule" heading if we have specific schedule info. The posting says "Location: This is a hybrid (virtual/onsite) position with required onsite days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday." That's schedule info. Also relocation package. So we could have a Schedule section with that info. - General Summary Of Job Responsibilities (prose) - Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list of duties) - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (list) - Education/Experience (list of alternatives) - Why should you join our team? (prose about culture) - What We Offer (benefits list) - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (prose) - EEO statement (boilerplate) – should be removed as per instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (or About the company) – we have company description. - Responsibilities – we have General Summary and Essential Duties (maybe combine). - Requirements – could include Education/Experience and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities? But we have separate sections for Qualifications, Skills. The instruction list includes Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Or we could combine Knowledge/Skills/Abilities into Skills section. Education/Experience into Qualifications. We must not create Pay section unless posting states pay; it does not mention compensation specifics besides "competitive compensation packages" in What We Offer. That's not specific numbers, but it's a benefit. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, parental leave, holidays, PTO, educational assistance). So we can have Benefits section. Schedule: we have hybrid schedule with required onsite days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. That's specific. So we can have Schedule section. We should not create Pay section. We need to avoid duplication. Also remove boilerplate like immigration sponsorship note? It's not boilerplate but it's a condition. Could be folded into a short p maybe under About the role or separate note. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Immigration sponsorship note is minor metadata; we could include a short p after the About the role section. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must keep the immigration note, location, relocation package, etc. We must not include EEO boilerplate at end. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

We also have "Why should you join our team?" and "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion" sections. Those are substantive. Could be included as "About the team" or "Culture". But we already have About the role. Could add a section "Culture" or "Why Join Us". The instruction list includes only certain headings but says use those as examples; we can use other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples but not exclusive. However, to be safe, we could incorporate that content into existing sections: "Why should you join our team?" could go under About the role or a new section "About the team". But we already have About the role describing company; we could add a paragraph about culture there. However, we must preserve all substantive information; we can add a

under About the role after the company description covering why join and DEI. But that might mix topics. Better to add a section "Culture" or "Why Join Us". The instruction didn't forbid other headings; it just gave examples. So we can add a section "Culture". Let's do that. Add after Benefits maybe:

    Culture
