About the role
This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess incoming employee concerns and determine appropriate investigation responses
- Collaborate with Legal for cases needing special attention or escalation
- Resolve employee matters with fairness and practicality alongside HRBPs and leaders
- Provide strategic HR guidance to balance employee and operational effectiveness
- Draft various documentation, including case summaries and stakeholder updates
- Track employee relations activities and outcomes effectively in the company
- Identify emerging risks and suggest process improvements based on data and trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnership, HR compliance, or workplace investigations
- Strong grasp of employee relations principles and workplace conduct standards
- Experience advising leaders on sensitive employee issues with discretion and empathy
- Ability to assess employee concerns and determine resolution paths
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documentation
- Proficient in project management and handling multiple urgent issues
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with HR, legal, and business units
